Es wird nun ernsthaft darüber diskutiert, dass sich die kleine Provinzgroßstadt Freiburg als Europäische Kulturhauptstadt 2020 bewirbt. Gleichzeitig hat man Mühe, das Augustinermuseum notdürftig zu sanieren.
